Marco, Owner

Marco is experienced in the multifamily industry for over 10 years. Starting right after high school, he's learned how to maintain a property in all aspects. A few years ago he turned his passion of helping others into a business that focuses on the long-term goals and satisfaction of his clients. Not only is he loved by his employees but customers have stayed long-term due to his kind nature. 

Samantha, Vice President

Samantha has helped Marco lead the company more professionally in administrative, contract negotiation and marketing services since the early company start. With a background in law over 8+ years, she has acted as an advocate for the companies unique goals. She has a bit of design knowledge which is her passion for the company.

Sonia, President 

Sonia is a people driven professional with more than 20 years experience in property management. With experience in the opposite world of this industry it has helped take our company to the next level. Skilled in meeting owner, management expectations, operational budgets while managing customer relationships.

Leonardo R, Scheduling Director

Leo believes in developing trusting relationships by listening and comprehending each customers specific needs. He provides solutions to customers obstacles through his attention to detail and organizational skills. With over 45 properties he manages scheduling for, he is our office golden employee. 

Alberto H, Renovations Director

Alberto has a background in general law, he has worked with Marco for the last 5 years. He has a knack for delivering a project on time and on budget. He's all about the details and loves adding those finishing touches that bring a project together.

Stephanie S, Admin Assistant

Stephanie held positions in the medical and business field, her experience is useful to meet the needs of our customers. She has increased efficiency in several of her assigned roles, and is very effective in teaching others.
